Illustration Friday - Twirl

{Watercolor, 2012}

We didn't have baton twirlers in our high school when I was there, but I always thought it would be neat if there would have been. I remember looking through yearbooks in the library from the 1960's and 1970's and at one point there had been. The costumes looked so glamorous and the job of baton twirler appeared to require a lot of skill!

That is a perfect idea! I was a twirler in Jr. High - It was one of the few fun things I remember from back then... Nicely done!

I like your well controlled colorful illustration style.

I have always (for a very very long time anyway) have loved everything you do. Fantastic design. Wonderful craftsmanship. Charming characters. But I have to say you are so very prolific.

Yup. You are amazing.
