Illustration Friday - Rambunctious

{Sketchbook, 2008}
This rambunctious little girl does a cartwheel! She is so full of energy she could do 10 more!
This is probably as far as I will go with this, as I am rushing to finish Christmas gifts and commissions! It was fun creating a sequential illustration and keeping the same character. I want to do a more elaborate series of illustrations that show something similar. Probably not until 2009!!

Oh, this is wonderful! So many girls at my kids' school are doing flips and cartwheels and handstands all over the place after school. You'd think we go to a school for circus performers. Happy Holidays to you!

Nice continuation of movement. Very nice. My daughters do flips around the house constantly.

Indeed little girls can be just as rambunctious as boys! Cute!

Excellent illustration-- this is really perfect for the theme. I have 2 avid cartwheelers, and find myself saying "not in the house!" quite a bit these days.
